To Get Started:
If you are not yet enrolled in Client Access, you must first sign up through the desktop version, accessible here.
From the app, select “Deposit Checks,” choose an account, and enter the check amount. You’ll then be prompted to take a picture of each side of your check. (Check images are stored securely in Client Access, not on your device.)
Some Helpful Tips and Exceptions
• Some check types that you cannot deposit include fee payments, foreign checks, rollover checks, and account starter checks. We’re happy to deposit them for you.
• You can make IRA contributions using mobile check deposit. The app will not allow you to contribute over your allowed amount, and between January 1 and tax day, you can choose to make a contribution to the prior tax year.
